Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, project details), usage data (pages visited, actions taken), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card data).

How We Use It

We use your information to match you with contractors, send transactional emails, improve the platform, and (with consent) send marketing communications.

Sharing

We share your contact information with contractors when you request a quote. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Stripe, Resend, and Twilio as sub-processors.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation, unless required by law to keep it longer.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@precheckpros.com.

We use cookies for analytics (GA4, Microsoft Clarity) and to maintain your session. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
