1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PreCheck Pros platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

PreCheck Pros is a referral marketplace that connects homeowners with independent home service contractors. We do not perform services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between a member and a contractor.

3. Membership

Membership subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

4. Contractor Independence

Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of PreCheck Pros. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed by a contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreCheck Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
